These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 8xk platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, bonuses, and payment services. Bangladesh Players
8xk is designed for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8xk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly forbidden and will result in all accounts being closed.
Bonus Conditions Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game eligibility criteria. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Right to Amend Terms

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players who access, browse, register, or use the 8xk platform in any capacity. By proceeding beyond the registration screen, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.
8xk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly alters Player rights or obligations — 8xk will publish a notice on the platform and update the effective date shown at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following a posted update constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict. The platform language for all 8xk interfaces, support communications, and promotional materials is English.
- These terms apply to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and all other products available on 8xk.
- 8xk may introduce new products or discontinue existing ones at any time. Players will be notified of major product changes via the platform notification system.
- The availability of specific games or betting markets may be restricted based on technical or operational reasons without advance notice.
- 8xk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur. 8xk will not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability, provided the platform exercises reasonable care in managing such events.
- Players must use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of platform data is strictly prohibited.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
By registering an account on 8xk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You further confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction and that doing so does not violate any local law, regulation, or rule applicable to you.
8xk reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during account activity if there is reasonable cause to verify the Player's age. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate.
Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their accounts permanently closed. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided and any deposited real-money funds may be returned at 8xk's discretion after deducting administrative costs associated with the investigation.
- Players must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration and must remain eligible throughout the lifetime of their account.

Section 3
Account Registration
To access real-money features on 8xk — including casino games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a Player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals resident in Bangladesh who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree that all information provided at registration is truthful, accurate, and current. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes after registration.
Each Player may hold only one account on 8xk. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 8xk will close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and may withhold funds pending investigation.
- Account registration requires a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
- Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their username and password. 8xk will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
- Players must not share their account login credentials with any third party.
- Account transfers — the transfer of an 8xk account from one individual to another — are strictly forbidden.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8xk support immediately via the platform's live chat.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 8xk reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 8xk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 8xk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 8xk's discretion and without prior notice.
Deposits to a Player's 8xk account are typically credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8xk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 12 to 24 business hours. These timelines are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
- Players may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
- 8xk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership and identity verification.
- Funds deposited in error (e.g., duplicate transactions) must be reported to support immediately. 8xk will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse such transactions.
- Real-money balances do not accrue interest regardless of how long they remain in a Player's account.
- Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 8xk will notify the Player via their registered email before any dormancy fees are applied.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
8xk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are held in a player's bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the real-money balance and made available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are intended for the exclusive use of the registered Player and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
- Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts, fraudulent identities, or coordinated group play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- 8xk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a Player activating it.
- If a Player withdraws real-money funds while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided automatically.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
- Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms.
- Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed per promotion.
- 8xk reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player obtained a bonus through dishonest, fraudulent, or collusive means.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players using the 8xk platform agree to do so in good faith, for lawful personal entertainment purposes, and in a manner that does not harm other Players, the platform, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any subsequent stage.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform's software. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error may be voided by 8xk at its discretion.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the 8xk platform.
- Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8xk staff or other Players via any communication channel provided by the platform.
8xk employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, 8xk may suspend the relevant account immediately, freeze the account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their 8xk account at any time by contacting the support team via the platform's live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link). Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are active.
8xk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, confirmed or suspected underage registration, AML concerns, or instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Players who have activated self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools may not reopen their account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and 8xk treats all self-exclusion requests as binding for the nominated period.
- Upon account closure for a breach of these terms, any outstanding bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits will be voided immediately.
- Real-money balances in accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or AML violations may be withheld pending investigation and possible legal proceedings.
- Players who have self-excluded may request permanent closure at any time, but temporary self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
- Dormant accounts (no login for 12 months) are subject to a dormancy fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
Section 8
Liability & Dispute Resolution
8xk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8xk excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to the platform and its services.
8xk's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8xk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
If you have a dispute with 8xk regarding a bet outcome, a transaction, a bonus award, or any other matter, the correct course of action is to contact the support team in the first instance via the live chat available within the platform. Support will investigate the matter and provide an initial response within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the complaint to a senior dispute resolution officer by submitting a written description to [email protected] (plain text — not a link). 8xk will issue a final decision within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal escalation.
- All dispute communications must be conducted in English to ensure accuracy and consistency in record-keeping.
- Bet outcomes determined by the platform's certified RNG systems or live dealer studios are final. Disputes relating to RNG outcomes can only be reviewed if there is clear evidence of a system error.
- Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 8xk reserves the right to void bets in the event of an event cancellation, abandonment, or result reversal.
- 8xk's decision following a formal dispute process constitutes the final resolution. Players who remain unsatisfied may seek independent legal advice at their own cost and expense.
